First of all, from the "Exhibits" part of my BEAM table, I chose the main ideas of the two articles by Cadogan and Solnit. The first is about Solnit. I understand the relationship between walking and thinking from her article. The second is that I understand from Cadogan's article that the way of thinking is affected during walking.Judging from my thoughts on these two articles. I think the two articles are a little bit related, but judging from the two main ideas, they are not very relevant. Both articles talk about the impact of mobile on thinking. It's just that the two manifested in different ways. This leads to different directions in the central ideas of the two articles.Of course, this also has something to do with the reader's personal experience. If the experiences between me and the two authors are different, I might not be able to understand the main idea of the two articles.Although I don't have that kind of experience with solnit. I will not walk on a road and think about what people who walked on the same road as me before will think. So I know from her article that some people think so, but I still can't understand the reasons for this. Now back to the second one. Let's discuss the central idea of Cadogan's article.Although I don't have the same life experience as Cadogan. But I think our experience is very similar. I don't think I have the same thinking as Cadogan. After all, not every country has this kind of discrimination. So I can only think about similar experiences, and then bring them into Cadogan's article. Trying to understand how his thoughts were changed unknowingly.I think Cadogan's thinking was changed by other people in the environment. If he hasn't switched the environment all the time. In other words, if the people around him have not been changing. Then his thinking will be replaced by new thinking. This is the reason that caused his later thinking to be completely changed. My experience is that after studying abroad, I know more. Because the surrounding environment has changed, the people around have also changed.I know this is an obvious change. Very similar to Cadogan's. After changing the environment and the people around, the thinking changes. So when reading Cadogan's article. It is easy for me to read and understand the central idea of Cadogan. At the end of this article, I am concerned about the way of movement in the space and the changes in the surrounding space after the thinking relationship. When you are moving, your thinking will change a little bit. For example, when you are doing something, if someone around you is talking to you. If you answer him, your thinking will be blocked. At this time, you will probably forget where you thought about it last time. When you are on the road, listening to cheerful music, your mind will show positive thoughts. When you hear the pessimistic music. Your way of thinking will show negative emotions.
